RACHEL HUTCHINSON

Rachel Hutchinson is a speech pathologist with over 20 years of experience supporting both children and adults in developing their communication skills. She began her career working in the disability sector, where she built a deep commitment to inclusive practice and person-centred care.

One of Rachel’s proudest achievements has been founding ‘Language of the Heart’ in Cambodia: a community-run speech pathology program that helps children develop their speech and language skills. This initiative began as her personal mission and now thrives with local leadership, thanks to Rachel’s ongoing support and involvement.

Rachel can speak Khmer, allowing her to connect authentically with Cambodian clients and families.

Beyond her professional work, Rachel is mum to three wonderful children. She has a passion for helping others, cooking, trying new recipes and being out in nature (she loves a good sunset!).
