Creative Therapy Adelaide is on a mission to provide the best music-based allied health services in Australia. We work towards this by building a team that feels supported in well-being, confidence and professional growth, with the conditions needed to thrive.

Every team member lives our values of creativity, a strengths-based and person-centred approach and keeps research and evidence-based practice at the heart of what they do. Our focus is on delivering the best service to our participants, so scheduling and intake are managed by our administrator to let therapists focus on clinical work. Caseloads are comfortable, with plenty of non-client time for daily tasks and exploring passion projects.

Our client base is diverse, giving therapists the chance to find their niche and specialise in areas that suit their skills and interests. Being part of a speech and music therapy team means we draw from many experiences and strengths, so we can match participants with the therapist who suits them best. Love working in the psychosocial space? You can do that here. Want to specialise in ABI or early childhood? That’s supported, too. CTA provides the opportunities and support for therapists to grow into the practitioners they want to be. We offer generous training, professional development opportunities, paid training days and an annual PD budget for permanent team members. Best of all, we share what we learn together at regular peer supervision.

Having worked in private practice before founding CTA, our director, Natalie Oliveri, has built in safeguards and support she once wished for. This includes maintaining safe practices, regular check-ins and connection to support, both internally and externally.
